In this picture, it shows a 18 year old white mother and her child in the depression. They live in a tent in what looks like the outside of a broken down city or town. It is mid-day and terrible living conditions. What made me catch sight of this picture was the reaction on their faces. They look unhappy and seriously depressed. This black and white picture looks fairly new and not very worn down like the other pictures are. When i first saw this picture, i was very upset right away. It made me want to go there and ask questions right away about how they got into that position and how old is the baby to see if she was in that tent even before the baby.
